【摘要】：美國學(xué)者將印度視為"全球搖擺國家",希望印度能在美國"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略中發(fā)揮重要作用,以鞏固美國主導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)有國際秩序。2015年1月,美國與印度達(dá)成了《美印亞太及印度洋聯(lián)合戰(zhàn)略愿景》,雙方正式確認(rèn)了在亞太及印度洋地區(qū)享有共同利益。這份文件具有極強(qiáng)的宣示性,它預(yù)示著印度對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略與美國"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略掛鉤,進(jìn)一步鞏固了美國主導(dǎo)下的國際秩序。
[Abstract]:American scholars regard India as a "global swing nation" and hope that India will play an important role in the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy of the United States in order to consolidate the existing US-led international order.The United States and India have agreed on a joint strategic vision for the Asia-Pacific and Indian Ocean, in which the two countries have formally recognized their common interests in the Asia-Pacific and Indian Ocean regions.The document is highly declarative, heralding a link between India's foreign strategy and the United States'"Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy, further consolidating the US-led international order.
