【摘要】：近段時(shí)間以來(lái),南海局勢(shì)的發(fā)展引起美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)激烈討論。為此,美國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)舉行主題為"美國(guó)在南海的安全角色"的聽(tīng)證會(huì),邀請(qǐng)美國(guó)主流智庫(kù)的學(xué)者參加。聽(tīng)證會(huì)圍繞"當(dāng)前南海安全局勢(shì)"和"美國(guó)的政策選擇"兩部分展開(kāi)。整體上,他們贊同美國(guó)政府采取對(duì)華示強(qiáng)的政策取向,同時(shí)希望中美關(guān)系和地區(qū)穩(wěn)定得到保障。他們認(rèn)為,中美南海爭(zhēng)奪的核心是秩序和規(guī)則,中美圍繞南海的博弈及帶來(lái)的緊張局勢(shì)將持續(xù)下去。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the situation in the South China Sea has aroused heated discussion in the United States. To this end, the US Congress held a hearing on the theme "the United States' security role in the South China Sea." Invite scholars from the mainstream US think tanks to attend. The hearing will focus on the "current security situation in the South China Sea" and "US policy choices." on the whole, they agree that the US government should adopt a policy orientation towards Hua Shiqiang. At the same time, they hope that Sino-US relations and regional stability will be safeguarded. They believe that the core of the Sino-US competition for the South China Sea is order and rules, and that the game between China and the United States over the South China Sea and the resulting tensions will continue.
