【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)在崛起過(guò)程中所承受的周邊安全壓力的增大,學(xué)界越來(lái)越多地意識(shí)到以美國(guó)為主導(dǎo)的等級(jí)體系在中國(guó)周邊環(huán)境中所扮演的角色。關(guān)于等級(jí)制的討論開始引起中國(guó)學(xué)者的普遍關(guān)注。等級(jí)制如何形成于純粹的無(wú)政府狀態(tài)既是等級(jí)制理論中的經(jīng)典問(wèn)題,也是需要首先回答的問(wèn)題。然而,目前的研究?jī)H僅展現(xiàn)了等級(jí)體系與無(wú)政府狀態(tài)之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)化的一個(gè)方面。以動(dòng)態(tài)的眼光來(lái)看,作為國(guó)際關(guān)系中一種客觀存在的現(xiàn)象,等級(jí)體系同國(guó)家、政權(quán)、聯(lián)盟、民族、政黨和國(guó)際組織等其他政治實(shí)體一樣,有其自身誕生、發(fā)展、衰落和消亡的整個(gè)"生命過(guò)程"。由于等級(jí)制的核心維度是實(shí)力和合法性,等級(jí)制衰落及消亡的主要原因是主導(dǎo)國(guó)實(shí)力優(yōu)勢(shì)地位的喪失或合法性權(quán)威的減弱。根據(jù)這兩個(gè)變量的變化順序,等級(jí)制從穩(wěn)定期進(jìn)入衰落期遵循兩種主要路徑,分別是實(shí)力優(yōu)勢(shì)衰落路徑與合法性權(quán)威衰落路徑。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of pressure Chinese under peripheral security during the rise of the academic circles more and more aware of the leading rank system plays in Chinese role in the surrounding environment in the United States. Discussion on the hierarchy to Chinese attracted widespread attention of scholars. How to form a hierarchy in anarchy classic problem the state is hierarchical in the theory of pure, but also need to first question. However, the current study only shows a mutual transformation between hierarchy and anarchy. From a dynamic perspective, as a kind of objective phenomenon in international relations, with the national level system, regime. Union, national and international organizations, political parties and other political entities, has its own birth, development, decline and the whole life process dies. Because the core dimension hierarchy is the strength and The legitimacy of the main reason for the demise of the level of decline and weaken the dominant position of the dominant country power loss or legal authority. According to the change of the order of the two variables, the hierarchy from the stable period ofdecline followed two main paths, respectively is the strength decline path and legitimate authority fading paths.
