【摘要】：我國(guó)對(duì)南海諸島擁有無(wú)可爭(zhēng)辯的主權(quán)。但20世紀(jì)70年代以來(lái)國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)南海主權(quán)爭(zhēng)端態(tài)度的變化以及以美國(guó)為首的西方社會(huì)輿論對(duì)中國(guó)南海政策的誤讀給我國(guó)南海主權(quán)維護(hù)帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。而我國(guó)有關(guān)南海主權(quán)的文獻(xiàn)資料以及研究成果的譯介工作比較滯后,不便于國(guó)外公眾和國(guó)際社會(huì)客觀全面了解我國(guó)南海主權(quán)的依據(jù)和政策,不利于爭(zhēng)取國(guó)際社會(huì)的支持。建議構(gòu)建科學(xué)高效的南海主權(quán)外宣譯介模式,充分發(fā)揮譯介在南海主權(quán)外宣中的基礎(chǔ)性作用,努力爭(zhēng)取國(guó)際社會(huì)的理解和支持,進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化我國(guó)在南海爭(zhēng)端中的話語(yǔ)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:China has indisputable sovereignty over the South China Sea islands. However, since 1970s, the changes in the attitude of the international community towards the sovereignty dispute in the South China Sea and the misinterpretation of China's South China Sea policy by Western public opinion led by the United States have given China's South China Sea. The preservation of sea sovereignty has brought challenges. However, the translation and introduction of documents and research results on the sovereignty of the South China Sea in China are lagging behind. It is not convenient for the foreign public and the international community to understand objectively and comprehensively the basis and policy of China's sovereignty over the South China Sea, which is not conducive to winning the support of the international community. We should give full play to the basic role of translation and introduction in the South China Sea sovereignty propaganda, strive for the understanding and support of the international community, and further strengthen our right of speech in the South China Sea disputes.
