【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，中國(guó)的綜合國(guó)力快速發(fā)展，并迅速融入經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程，這使中國(guó)的國(guó)家利益迅速跨越了地域的限制，延伸到了世界各地。中國(guó)國(guó)家利益的實(shí)現(xiàn)也越來(lái)越受到外部環(huán)境因素的制約，因此維護(hù)中國(guó)海外利益成為了當(dāng)前中國(guó)外交面臨的重大課題。因此，本文將綜合運(yùn)用歷史分析和定量分析的研究方法，從以下四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行寫(xiě)作：（1）本文將梳理海外利益理論起源，厘清海外利益與國(guó)家利益的關(guān)系，，并對(duì)海外利益的概念做出一個(gè)基本界定；（2）構(gòu)建中國(guó)海外利益研究框架，建立一個(gè)研究中國(guó)海外利益的指標(biāo)體系；（3）梳理中國(guó)海外利益維護(hù)與拓展的歷程，尋找新中國(guó)海外利益演變的歷史脈絡(luò)；（4）對(duì)中國(guó)海外利益現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行一個(gè)分析，勾勒出現(xiàn)有中國(guó)海外利益分布圖，并對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)海外利益維護(hù)與拓展面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行一個(gè)辯證分析，指出未來(lái)拓展的方向，嘗試搭建一個(gè)中國(guó)海外利益維護(hù)和拓展的框架。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's comprehensive national strength has developed rapidly and rapidly integrated into the process of economic globalization, which has enabled China's national interests to quickly transcend regional restrictions. The realization of China's national interests is increasingly restricted by external environmental factors. Therefore, safeguarding China's overseas interests has become a major issue facing China's diplomacy. This article will use the historical analysis and the quantitative analysis research method synthetically, carries on the writing from the following four aspects: (1) this article will comb the overseas interest theory origin, will clarify the overseas interest and the national interest relations, And to make a basic definition of the concept of overseas interest and to build a framework for the study of China's overseas interests, and to establish an index system for studying China's overseas interests. (3) to sort out the course of the maintenance and expansion of China's overseas interests. Looking for the Historical context of the Evolution of the overseas interests of New China (4) an analysis of the current situation of China's overseas interests has been carried out and a map of the distribution of China's overseas interests has been outlined. This paper also analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing China's overseas interests maintenance and development, points out the direction of future development, and tries to build a framework for China's overseas interest maintenance and expansion.
