【摘要】：聯(lián)合國(guó)貿(mào)易和發(fā)展會(huì)議在過(guò)去五十年間經(jīng)歷了興衰起伏。貿(mào)發(fā)會(huì)議在其三大支柱任務(wù)即研究分析、建立共識(shí)與技術(shù)合作方面均取得了非凡成就,為發(fā)展中國(guó)家以更有益的方式融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。與此同時(shí),源自外部的某些制約因素也影響著它的功能和績(jī)效。進(jìn)入新千年之后,貿(mào)發(fā)會(huì)議迎來(lái)了重振與復(fù)興的契機(jī)。這一進(jìn)程能否得以延續(xù),既取決于外部形勢(shì)的演變,亦取決于該組織自身的調(diào)整革新,以及它與其他國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development has experienced ups and downs over the past 50 years. UNCTAD has made remarkable achievements in its three pillars, namely, research and analysis, consensus-building and technical cooperation, Has contributed significantly to the more beneficial integration of developing countries into the world economy. At the same time, certain external constraints are affecting its functioning and performance... after entering the new millennium, UNCTAD had an opportunity for revitalization and rehabilitation. The continuation of the process depended on both the evolution of the external situation and the restructuring and innovation of the organization itself, as well as its interaction with other international economic institutions.
