【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代初,中國(guó)與東歐國(guó)家關(guān)系開始"解凍"。為阻止這一趨勢(shì),蘇聯(lián)試圖利用早在1967年成立于莫斯科的"對(duì)華國(guó)際"形成反華陣線。"對(duì)華國(guó)際"是協(xié)調(diào)蘇東國(guó)家對(duì)華政策、擴(kuò)大反華輿論陣地的組織,因此被學(xué)者們稱為由蘇共操縱的繼共產(chǎn)國(guó)際及歐洲共產(chǎn)黨和工人黨情報(bào)局之后的第三個(gè)國(guó)際。但是,隨著中國(guó)改革開放政策的實(shí)施,以及東歐各國(guó)將改革和完善國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度作為政府工作重心,中國(guó)與東歐國(guó)家關(guān)系的正�；蔀椴豢勺钃醯臍v史趨勢(shì)。"對(duì)華國(guó)際"不僅沒有完成反華目標(biāo),反而成為東歐各國(guó)了解中國(guó)的平臺(tái)。1986年,隨著"對(duì)華國(guó)際"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人羅滿寧退休,中國(guó)與東歐國(guó)家關(guān)系也進(jìn)入了友好合作的新階段。
[Abstract]:In early 1980s, relations between China and Eastern European countries began to thaw. The Soviet Union tried to use the "China International", which was established in Moscow as early as 1967, to form an anti-China front. "China International" is an organization that coordinates the Soviet and Eastern countries' China policy and expands the position of anti-China public opinion. As a result, scholars have called the Communist International, the third international after the Communist International and the European Communist Party and the Workers' Party Intelligence Agency, manipulated by the Soviet Communist Party. However, with the implementation of China's reform and opening up policy, As well as the fact that Eastern European countries have made the reform and improvement of their domestic economic systems the focus of government work, the normalization of relations between China and Eastern European countries has become an irresistible historical trend. "China International" has not only failed to complete the anti-China goal, In 1986, with the retirement of Luo Manning, the leader of China International, relations between China and Eastern European countries entered a new stage of friendly cooperation.
