【摘要】：英國(guó)學(xué)派與新自由制度主義在四個(gè)方面存在一致性:理論訴求上強(qiáng)調(diào)規(guī)則和制度的重要性,獨(dú)立于權(quán)力和利益之外發(fā)揮效用;把無政府狀態(tài)視為國(guó)際政治的基本假設(shè);堅(jiān)持國(guó)家中心論;認(rèn)為制度、規(guī)范等是社會(huì)互動(dòng)的結(jié)果,并非事先給定的。二者的分歧主要有七點(diǎn):理論"元"的差異;在解釋因合作而導(dǎo)致利益增進(jìn)的理論進(jìn)路方面的不同;價(jià)值倫理取向上的區(qū)別;對(duì)行為體主體間的共享性認(rèn)知分歧;研究方法上的人文歷史方法與科學(xué)實(shí)證方法;對(duì)國(guó)際法的作用持不同態(tài)度;知識(shí)譜系上所呈現(xiàn)的整體面貌、理論闡釋方式不同。
[Abstract]:The British school and neo-liberal institutionalism are consistent in four aspects: emphasizing the importance of rules and systems, independent of power and interests, taking anarchy as the basic hypothesis of international politics, emphasizing the importance of rules and institutions in theory. Adhere to the state-centered theory, think that the system, norms and so on are the result of social interaction, not given beforehand. There are mainly seven points in the differences between them: the differences of the theoretical "elements", the differences in the interpretation of the theoretical approaches to the enhancement of interests caused by cooperation; Differences in value and ethics; differences in shared cognition among actors; humanistic historical and scientific empirical methods in research methods; different attitudes to the role of international law; the overall appearance of knowledge genealogy, The way of theoretical interpretation is different.
