【摘要】：自從斯諾登向國(guó)際社會(huì)揭露了以"棱鏡"項(xiàng)目為代表的美國(guó)政府秘密監(jiān)控行為以來(lái),很多國(guó)家對(duì)美國(guó)的監(jiān)控行為進(jìn)行譴責(zé),要求美國(guó)做出解釋并道歉。在國(guó)內(nèi)外輿論壓力下,奧巴馬政府成立了專(zhuān)門(mén)委員會(huì)調(diào)查國(guó)家安全局的監(jiān)控問(wèn)題。另一方面,美國(guó)政府采取了一系列措施,試圖重新樹(shù)立自己在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的道德形象,挽回由于斯諾登泄密事件造成的負(fù)面影響。然而,情報(bào)部門(mén)的監(jiān)控陰影難以在短期內(nèi)徹底消除,美國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全政策面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。"斯諾登事件"促使更多國(guó)家支持互聯(lián)網(wǎng)主權(quán)化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)地緣政治傾向也日益明顯。
[Abstract]:Since Snowden revealed to the international community the secret surveillance by the US government, represented by the Prism Project, many countries have condemned the US surveillance, demanding an explanation and apology from the United States. Under the pressure of public opinion at home and abroad, The Obama administration has set up a special committee to investigate NSA surveillance. On the other hand, the administration has taken a series of steps to re-establish its moral image in cyberspace. Reverse the negative effects of the Snowden leak. However, the surveillance shadow of the intelligence services will not be completely eliminated in the short term. The US cybersecurity policy faces serious challenges. The Snowden incident has prompted more countries to support the sovereignty of the Internet, as well as a growing trend of cyber-geopolitics.
