【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,東亞國(guó)家為應(yīng)對(duì)全球化浪潮的沖擊,基于維護(hù)共同利益的目的,產(chǎn)生了地區(qū)聯(lián)合的思想,從而推動(dòng)了東亞地區(qū)主義的發(fā)展,地區(qū)聯(lián)合的趨勢(shì)符合中國(guó)的利益。中國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)把握機(jī)遇,實(shí)現(xiàn)與周邊國(guó)家在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、安全等領(lǐng)域的共贏,同時(shí)也為自身的發(fā)展贏得一個(gè)和平穩(wěn)定的外部環(huán)境,同時(shí),還要謹(jǐn)慎對(duì)待面臨著的諸多挑戰(zhàn)。在地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的過(guò)程中,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)注入了活力,促進(jìn)了區(qū)域內(nèi)幾個(gè)自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn),并繼續(xù)努力探索更高層次的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)合。在政治與安全合作領(lǐng)域,中國(guó)與各方展開(kāi)對(duì)話謀求地區(qū)的和諧共生,并發(fā)揮自身影響力應(yīng)對(duì)安全危機(jī),為維護(hù)地區(qū)局勢(shì)穩(wěn)定貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。另外,尋求地區(qū)心理認(rèn)同是東亞地區(qū)主義發(fā)展過(guò)程中一個(gè)重要的課題,中國(guó)應(yīng)妥善利用中華文明的影響力,并客觀對(duì)待東亞地區(qū)社會(huì)文化多元化的特點(diǎn),推動(dòng)?xùn)|亞地區(qū)的文化心理認(rèn)同以及政治心理認(rèn)同。中國(guó)在東亞地區(qū)主義的發(fā)展過(guò)程中一直發(fā)揮著積極作用,相信隨著綜合國(guó)力的繼續(xù)上升,中國(guó)將會(huì)在推動(dòng)地區(qū)一體化的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮更大的作用。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Cold War, East Asian countries, in response to the impact of the wave of globalization and for the purpose of safeguarding common interests, produced the idea of regional unity, thus promoting the development of regionalism in East Asia. The trend of regional unity is in China's interest. China should seize the opportunity to achieve a win-win situation with neighboring countries in economic, political, security, and other fields. At the same time, it should also win a peaceful and stable external environment for its own development. At the same time, In the process of regional economic integration, China's rapid economic growth has injected vitality into the regional economy and promoted the smooth realization of several free trade zones in the region. In the field of political and security cooperation, China has initiated dialogue with all parties to seek regional harmony and symbiosis and exert its own influence to deal with security crises. In addition, seeking regional psychological identity is an important issue in the development of regionalism in East Asia. China should make good use of the influence of Chinese civilization. China has always played a positive role in the development of East Asian regionalism, and objectively treated the characteristics of social and cultural diversity in East Asia, promoting the cultural psychological identity and political psychological identity in East Asia. It is believed that China will play a greater role in promoting regional integration as the overall national strength continues to rise.
