【摘要】：本論文對比了波蘭和匈牙利自從1989年直至今天與中國的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。本對比研究的目標(biāo)是確認(rèn)與西方具有類似戰(zhàn)略的兩個國家為什么同時對中國采取完全不同的政策的原因？乍看起來匈牙利和波蘭具有許多共同點。兩個國家都是蘇聯(lián)的組成部分，那時他們的外交政策受蘇聯(lián)的影響。在蘇共體解體之后，兩個國家不得不重新定義各自外交政策的目標(biāo)和優(yōu)先權(quán)。研究方法包括分析數(shù)據(jù)的二次研究（文獻(xiàn)、官方文件和統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)），以及主要的研究（采訪在北京的來自波蘭和匈牙利大使館的外交官）。論文分析了許多可能影響波蘭外交政策制定者的因素，包括1989年之前的歷史背景，共產(chǎn)主義時期的特殊性、過渡時期、近年來國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治狀況、社會問題等。論文進(jìn)一步對比了兩國涉及中國的相關(guān)政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)。研究表明中國在國際舞臺上日益增長的作用沒有被波蘭外交界正確地吸收和理解，這是由于自1989年中國在波蘭樹立的負(fù)面形象，主要涉及侵犯人權(quán)。匈牙利可能由于中國社會對人權(quán)問題采取大規(guī)模的實用主義方法，匈牙利可能更好的理解中國的現(xiàn)實，導(dǎo)致其對中國采取更加一致和合理的政策。論文提出了中國基于兩極模式支持與波蘭的關(guān)系的建議，其將提供更加廣泛的方法：波蘭管理機(jī)構(gòu)一致的長期戰(zhàn)略的創(chuàng)建，改變波蘭社會對中國社會的看法。論文假設(shè)了九種實施兩極模式的關(guān)鍵意見。
[Abstract]:This thesis compares the politics of Poland and Hungary from 1989 to today with China. Economic relations. The objective of this comparative study is to identify why two countries with similar strategies to the West have different policies towards China at the same time. At first glance Hungary and Poland have a lot in common. Both countries were part of the Soviet Union, when their foreign policy was influenced by the Soviet Union. Two countries have had to redefine their foreign policy objectives and priorities. Research methods include a secondary study of data analysis (literature, Official documents and statistics, as well as major studies (interviews with diplomats from Polish and Hungarian embassies in Beijing), analysed a number of factors that could affect Polish foreign policy makers, including the historical context before 1989. The particularity of the communist period, the transitional period, the domestic economic and political situation in recent years, Social issues, etc. The paper further compares the relevant data on political and economic relations between the two countries concerning China. Studies show that China's growing role in the international arena has not been properly absorbed and understood by the Polish diplomatic community. This is due to the negative image established by China in Poland since 1989, which mainly involves human rights violations. Hungary may have a better understanding of China's reality because of the large-scale pragmatic approach taken by Chinese society to the issue of human rights. The paper proposes that China support its relations with Poland based on the bipolar model, which will provide a broader approach: the creation of a consistent long-term strategy for Polish management. To change the Polish society's view of Chinese society, the paper hypothesizes nine key ideas for the implementation of the bipolar model.
