【摘要】：正新中國成立之初,由于國際環(huán)境的影響,中國無法獲得聯(lián)合國的合法席位,也被其他重要的國際組織如國際貨幣基金組織、世界銀行、關(guān)貿(mào)總協(xié)定拒之門外,成為國際體系的游離者。因此,中國更加堅定地轉(zhuǎn)向社會主義體系。1971年,中國恢復在聯(lián)合國的合法席位,標志著中國開始融入國際體系。1980年,中國恢復了在國際貨幣基金組織和世界銀行的合法席位,開始參與多邊國際經(jīng)濟組織的新進程。80年代后期,中國基本上參與了所有重要的國際組織,開始建立與各項國
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, due to the influence of the international environment, China was unable to obtain a legitimate seat in the United Nations. It was also shut out by other important international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the General Agreement on tariffs and Trade. China became a free agent of the international system. As a result, China turned more firmly to the socialist system. In 1971, China resumed its legitimate seat at the United Nations, marking the beginning of its integration into the international system. China resumed its legitimate seats in the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, and began to participate in the new process of multilateral international economic organizations in the late 1980s.
