【摘要】： 改革開放已有三十余載,中國一直堅持走和平發(fā)展之路,政治、經濟、文化以及社會發(fā)展都取得了舉世矚目的成就,中國的和平發(fā)展自然成為牽動世界格局變化的重大因素,備受世界關注。然而,伴隨著中國的發(fā)展,國際社會開始對我國產生種種憂慮,甚至一些固守傳統(tǒng)安全思維的人仍然大肆鼓吹“中國威脅論”。 在此背景下,以胡錦濤同志為核心的中央領導集體在客觀分析我國發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀、認真審視世界歷史上大國興衰成敗的經驗教訓和世界的發(fā)展趨勢的基礎上,果斷地提出了“和平發(fā)展”的戰(zhàn)略,為我國未來的發(fā)展道路指明了方向。和平發(fā)展的良好國家形象,有助于擴大中國參與國際政治、經濟和安全事務的深度和廣度,有助于獲得國家和平發(fā)展所需要的各種戰(zhàn)略資源和良好的外部環(huán)境。和平發(fā)展的良好國家形象,可以減少中國經濟迅猛增長及其對外影響力不斷擴大所產生的對現(xiàn)有國際權力結構產生的沖擊,從而有效緩解國際社會對中國發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方式以及崛起后的行為取向所產生的某些誤解和猜疑。和平發(fā)展的良好國家形象,也能夠有效地向世界表達中國和平發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略意圖,展示一個日益強盛的東方大國應有的政治風度和全球貢獻。因此,優(yōu)化中國的軟實力外交,建構起適合中國自身而又順應國際社會主流輿論的國家形象,就成為中國實現(xiàn)大國崛起目標以及在何種程度上為國際社會所認同和接受的關鍵①。 中國的國家形象的優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略應該是一個以“和平發(fā)展”形象為中心而展開的全方位的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化工程。在這一過程中,中國應該向世界證明,中國是一個經濟繁榮、政治文明的日新月異的經濟大國;中國是一個始終致力于與他國和平共處,謀求世界持久和平的和諧大國;中國是一個致力于世界的共同發(fā)展、人類的普遍繁榮的秉持合作共贏態(tài)度的大國;中國是一個信守承諾,講求信謄的負責任大國。當然,這些僅僅是一般性概括并不是國家形象定位研究的全部。我們所強調的這些只是從中國和平發(fā)展所需要的角度而描繪的國家形象。
[Abstract]:It has been more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, and China has always adhered to the road of peaceful development. Political, economic, cultural and social development has made remarkable achievements, and China's peaceful development has naturally become a major factor affecting the changes in the world pattern. However, with the development of China, the international community began to have all kinds of worries about our country, even some people who adhered to the traditional security thinking still preached the "China threat theory". Against this background, the central leading collective with Comrade Hu Jintao as the core, on the basis of an objective analysis of the history and current situation of China's development, and a careful examination of the experiences and lessons of the great powers in the history of the world and the development trend of the world, The strategy of "peaceful development" has been put forward decisively, which has pointed out the direction of our country's future development. A good national image of peaceful development will help to expand the depth and breadth of China's participation in international political, economic and security affairs. Contributing to the acquisition of strategic resources and a favourable external environment for the peaceful development of a country... a good national image for peaceful development, Could reduce the impact on the existing international power structure caused by China's rapid economic growth and its growing external influence, As a result, the international community can effectively alleviate some misunderstandings and suspicions arising from the international community's strategic approach to China's development and its behavioral orientation after its rise. A good national image of peaceful development can also effectively express China's strategic intention for peaceful development to the world. Showing the political demeanour and global contribution that an increasingly powerful eastern power should have. Therefore, to optimize China's soft power diplomacy and to build a national image suitable for China itself and in conformity with the mainstream public opinion of the international community, It will become the key for China to achieve its goal of rising as a major power and to what extent it is recognized and accepted by the international community. The optimization strategy of China's national image should be a comprehensive system optimization project centered on the image of "peaceful development". In the process, China should prove to the world that China is an economic prosperity. China is a harmonious country committed to peaceful coexistence with other countries and seeking lasting peace in the world. China is committed to the common development of the world. The universal prosperity of mankind is a big country with a win-win attitude of cooperation; China is a responsible country that keeps its promises and stresses a letter and a transcript. Of course, These are just general generalizations, not the whole study of national image orientation. What we emphasize is only the national image that is described from the angle of China's peaceful development.
