【摘要】：2012年中泰兩國建立了全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關系,2015年是中泰兩國建交40周年,中泰兩國建交以來不斷加強政治互信、經貿合作及文化交流。被譽為“革命之母”和“中國發(fā)展獨特機遇”的泰國華僑華人在中泰友好往來中做出了重要貢獻。對于非國家行為體——泰國華僑華人在中泰關系建構中作用及表現(xiàn)的梳理將有助于我們更好地推動華僑華人在21世紀海上絲綢之路建設中橋梁作用的發(fā)揮。近年來隨著美國重返亞太戰(zhàn)略的推進,中泰關系也面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),有關泰國華僑華人與中泰關系的研究日趨重要。本文在歷史學研究的基礎上從國際關系學和建構主義的視角研究1975年以后泰國華僑華人和中泰關系的互構過程及表現(xiàn)。泰國華僑華人與中泰關系的互構主要表現(xiàn)在政治、經濟及文教領域。通過對泰國華僑華人和中泰關系的互動研究發(fā)現(xiàn)泰國華僑華人作為重要的非國家行為體在兩國關系的建構中作用突出,尤其是在兩國民間關系的建構中常常起著官方途徑達不到的效果。當然,其作用的發(fā)揮亦受制于兩國關系的發(fā)展變化,兩國關系友好時,其促進作用突出,兩國關系惡化時,其作用有限,甚至會因此遭遇所在國的排擠。在泰國華僑華人與中泰關系的互構過程中,泰國華僑華人發(fā)揮了經濟引領、政治溝通作用,更是華文教育的主要推動力量;而中泰關系的變化不僅促進華人社會問題的解決,同時也促進了華人社會的發(fā)展。當然,兩者之間關系的互構亦受到來自泰國華人自身發(fā)展變化、國家因素及國際關系格局的影響。
