大數(shù)據(jù)、新史實與理論演進——以學籍卡材料的史料價值與研究方法為中心的討論

【摘要】:學籍卡片是近現(xiàn)代教育界廣泛存在的系統(tǒng)性材料。囿于傳統(tǒng)研究方法,歷史學者對此類大規(guī)模、系統(tǒng)性材料的利用、開放并不充分。隨著社會科學化的大數(shù)據(jù)分析與研究模式的興起,學籍卡似的格式化、系統(tǒng)性歷史文獻成為構建大型計量歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫的重要資源。依靠定量分析,這些計量歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫往往能向?qū)W者展現(xiàn)出依靠傳統(tǒng)文獻分析方法難以顯現(xiàn)的"新史實"。這些"新史實"不僅對填補或糾正過往的歷史認知頗有裨益,甚至還能有效地推動學術理論的演進與革新。學籍卡數(shù)據(jù)庫的構建和定量研究便是很好的例證。作為掌握史料最豐富的歷史學者,應該充分重視這種社會科學化研究方法帶來的契機,推動歷史研究的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Student card is a systematic material widely existed in the field of modern education. Due to traditional research methods, historians are not fully open to the use of such large-scale and systematic materials. With the rise of the social scientific analysis and research model of big data and the formatting of student status card, the systematic historical literature has become an important resource for the construction of a large metrological historical database. Depending on quantitative analysis, these metrological historical databases can often show scholars "new historical facts" which are difficult to show by traditional literature analysis methods. These "new historical facts" are not only helpful to fill in or correct the historical cognition of the past, but also can effectively promote the evolution and innovation of academic theory. The establishment and quantitative study of the student status card database is a good example. As the most abundant historical scholar, we should pay full attention to the opportunity brought by this social scientific research method and promote the development of historical research.
