【摘要】：《何為封建主義》是研討西歐封建主義的經(jīng)典。作者弗朗索瓦·岡紹夫在書(shū)中用"封建主義"一詞指代西歐中世紀(jì)一套特定的法律關(guān)系或制度,即"封土—封臣"體系,他稱(chēng)之為狹義封建主義。西方學(xué)者大都堅(jiān)持狹義封建主義,不過(guò)在何者為這套體系的核心要素上并沒(méi)有共識(shí)。岡紹夫界定并集中闡釋了作為"封土—封臣"體系的封建主義,指出封建主義的實(shí)質(zhì)是一套法律關(guān)系。在狹義封建說(shuō)的理路內(nèi),岡紹夫的封建主義定義是最嚴(yán)格的,其內(nèi)涵也是最清晰的。岡紹夫的狹義封建與布洛赫的廣義封建顯著不同,然而這種不同不意味著對(duì)立,不同的背后是共性。"封土—封臣"體系既是岡紹夫定義的封建主義概念的實(shí)質(zhì),也是整個(gè)非馬克思主義的封建主義概念和模式的理論基點(diǎn)。20世紀(jì)后半葉以來(lái),不少論者挑戰(zhàn)和反思封建主義概念,岡紹夫狹義封建主義的價(jià)值與局限應(yīng)置于新學(xué)術(shù)語(yǔ)境下看待。
[Abstract]:What is feudalism? it is a classic to study feudalism in Western Europe. The author uses the term "feudalism" in his book to refer to a set of specific legal relations or systems in the Middle Ages of Western Europe, that is, the system of "feudal land-enthronement", which he calls the narrow sense of feudalism. Western scholars mostly adhere to narrow-sense feudalism, but there is no consensus as to what is the core element of this system. Kang Shaofu defines and focuses on the feudalism as a system of "feudalism-encampment", and points out that the essence of feudalism is a set of legal relations. In the narrow sense of feudalism, Kang Shaofu's definition of feudalism is the strictest, and its connotation is also the clearest. Gunshav's narrow feudalism is significantly different from Bloch's broad feudalism, but this difference does not mean opposition. Behind the differences is commonality. " Since the second half of the 20th century, many scholars have challenged and reconsidered the concept of feudalism, which is not only the essence of the concept of feudalism as defined by Kang Shaofu, but also the theoretical basis of the concept and model of feudalism. The value and limitation of Kang Shaofu's narrow sense feudalism should be viewed in the new academic context.
