【摘要】：越南國會的發(fā)展是越南整體社會政治制度發(fā)展的體現(xiàn)。越南共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的國會在越南社會主義發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。其在不同的歷史時期有著不同的特點,對維護越南國家統(tǒng)一、保障人民民主方面做出了重大的貢獻。而其不斷完善的國會體制以及選舉制度對當今發(fā)展中國家具有深遠的啟示。
[Abstract]:The development of Vietnam's parliament is the embodiment of the development of Vietnam's overall social and political system. The Congress under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam plays an irreplaceable role in the development of socialism in Vietnam. It has different characteristics in different historical periods, and has made great contributions to safeguarding Vietnam's national unity and safeguarding people's democracy. And its perfect Congress system and election system have profound enlightenment to the developing countries today.
