【摘要】：19世紀(jì)80年代的美國南加州地區(qū)房地產(chǎn)市場異�；鸨�,其中南太平洋鐵路起著關(guān)鍵作用。南太平洋鐵路通過聯(lián)邦政府的巨額土地贈(zèng)予和其他手段,積極參與城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)和房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)。這場房地產(chǎn)繁榮改變了南加州的人口和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),推動(dòng)了城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),形塑了日后洛杉磯"多中心"發(fā)展的基本格局。但在此過程中,瘋狂的投機(jī)活動(dòng)催生了大量"鬼城",土地資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重。這些都在美國城市開發(fā)歷史上打下了深深的印記,值得關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:In the 1980 s, the real estate market in Southern California was very hot, in which the South Pacific Railway played a key role. The South Pacific Railway is actively involved in urban construction and real estate development through federal land grants and other means. The housing boom has transformed the demographic and social fabric of Southern California, spurred urban infrastructure and shaped the future of Los Angeles's "polycentric" landscape. But in the process, crazy speculation spawned a large number of ghost cities, land resources waste is serious. These in the history of urban development in the United States have laid a deep mark, worthy of attention.
