【摘要】：法律制度是國(guó)家控制整個(gè)社會(huì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)其統(tǒng)治職能的基本工具。高句麗在建國(guó)初期,法律體制不健全,沒(méi)有成文的法律條例,亦沒(méi)有專(zhuān)門(mén)的法律機(jī)構(gòu)。"諸加評(píng)議會(huì)"制度成為高句麗初期的主要法律形式,刑罰手段單一,有罪者便會(huì)被處死。公元4世紀(jì),是高句麗法律制度的分水嶺,小獸林王開(kāi)始頒布律令,完備法律制度。通過(guò)對(duì)高句麗法律制度的發(fā)展模式及內(nèi)容的深入探討,從而歸納出高句麗法律制度的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The legal system is the basic tool for the state to control the whole society and realize its ruling function. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of Korea, Koguryo did not have a sound legal system, no written laws and regulations, and no specialized legal institutions. " The system of Ju Jia Council became the main legal form of Koguryo in the early years, the penalty was single, and the guilty person would be executed. In the 4th century AD, it was the watershed of Koguryo's legal system. In this paper, the characteristics of Koguryo's legal system are summed up by probing into the development mode and content of Koguryo's legal system.
