【摘要】：1949年,英國對華政策的調(diào)整以"保留在華立足點"為總體原則,在承認新中國問題和中國香港問題上呈現(xiàn)出兩種截然不同的傾向,即主動示好和圖謀對抗。其行動軌跡是:尋求接觸—增兵中國香港—承認新中國。注重經(jīng)驗思維模式、對中共的認識、決策部門的政策選擇與磨合以及重返遠東的戰(zhàn)略主導著英國對華政策的調(diào)整;而中共的對英政策、國民黨對上海的封鎖,以及盟國的態(tài)度則制約著這種調(diào)整。1949年英國的對華政策具有強烈的現(xiàn)實主義色彩。
[Abstract]:In 1949, Britain's China policy was adjusted on the general principle of "keeping its foothold in China" and showing two distinct tendencies in recognizing the New China issue and the Hong Kong issue of China, that is, to take the initiative to show good will and to seek confrontation. Its course of action is to seek contact-increase troops in Hong Kong, China-recognition of the New China. The emphasis on empirical thinking, the understanding of the CPC, the policy choices and running-in of the policy-making departments and the strategy of returning to the far East have led to the adjustment of British policy towards China.On the other hand, the Chinese Communists' policy towards Britain, the Kuomintang's blockade of Shanghai, The attitude of the allies restricts this adjustment. Britain's China policy in 1949 had a strong realism.
