當(dāng)代新加坡中國(guó)大陸留學(xué)生研究? 摘要 :在全球化時(shí)代,留學(xué)潮是世界上最普遍 的國(guó)際人才流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象之一。中 國(guó)自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),出國(guó)留學(xué)成為一股時(shí)代的 潮流。早期中國(guó)人出國(guó)留學(xué)的 目的地主要是北美、澳新、日本以及歐洲等發(fā) 達(dá)地區(qū),而東南亞地區(qū)的中國(guó) 人留學(xué)潮出現(xiàn)相對(duì)較晚,主要發(fā)生在 20 世紀(jì) 90 年代以后。在中國(guó)大陸赴東 南亞國(guó)家的留學(xué)潮中,新加坡作為一個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)的 國(guó)際化國(guó)家,成為中國(guó)大陸留 學(xué)生主要流向國(guó),曾占中國(guó)大陸向外派遣的 30 萬(wàn)留學(xué)人員中的百分之三強(qiáng)。 新加坡中國(guó)大陸留學(xué)生問(wèn)題在東南亞中國(guó)大陸 留學(xué)生問(wèn)題中具有一定的典型 性,以新加坡中國(guó)大陸留學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,對(duì) 全面理解和分析當(dāng)代東南亞中 國(guó)留學(xué)生問(wèn)題具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。與赴歐美 等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家留學(xué)的其他中國(guó)留 學(xué)生相比,赴新加坡留學(xué)的中國(guó)留學(xué)生在成分 構(gòu)成、留學(xué)形式、留學(xué)目的等 方面具有自己的特點(diǎn)。因此,從移民的角度開(kāi) 展對(duì)當(dāng)代新加坡中國(guó)大陸留學(xué) 生問(wèn)題的研究,對(duì)豐富中國(guó)海外留學(xué) 生問(wèn)題的研究具有一定的理論意義。 關(guān)鍵詞: 新加坡中國(guó)大陸留學(xué)生 遷移 Research on the Mainland Chinese Students abroad Singaporein the Contemporary Era Abstract: The tide of studying abroad is becoming one of the most widespread phenomenons of transnational human resourses flowage.
