【摘要】：19世紀(jì)后期,對于統(tǒng)一后的德意志,隨著資本主義發(fā)展最終需要沖破其地理位置的限制尋求海外市場,但世界殖民地市場卻早已被老牌資本主義國家分割完畢,俾斯麥時代所采取的"大陸政策"為主的對外政策已不能滿足德意志對外擴張的需要。因此,出于自身國家利益發(fā)展的需要,威廉二世時期的德意志積極推行加強海權(quán)的政策。但由于其國內(nèi)專制主義和軍國主義的膨脹,其侵略性與資本主義的天然擴張性結(jié)合,不合時宜的發(fā)動戰(zhàn)爭,最終導(dǎo)致失敗和國家的毀滅。
[Abstract]:In the late 19th century, for the unified Germany, with the development of capitalism, it eventually needed to break through its geographical position to seek overseas markets, but the world colonial market had long been separated by the old capitalist countries. The "continental policy" adopted in Bismarck's time could no longer meet the needs of Germany's foreign expansion. Germany during William II actively pursued the policy of strengthening maritime power. However, due to the expansion of its domestic autocracy and militarism, its aggressiveness combined with the natural expansibility of capitalism, it launched war unseasonably. The ultimate cause of failure and the destruction of the country.
