【摘要】：在工業(yè)革命影響下俄國煤炭工業(yè)茁壯成長,其發(fā)展速度和規(guī)模一定程度上左右俄國工業(yè)化進程。雖然19世紀末俄國煤炭工業(yè)發(fā)展速度無法與石油工業(yè)相較,除開采規(guī)模不如石油工業(yè)外俄國煤炭并未完全掌控本國市場,但因政府引進外資、大幅度提高關稅、統一運輸稅率、大規(guī)模修建鐵路和煤炭開采技術提高等措施煤炭工業(yè)仍飛速發(fā)展。俄國長期從國外進口煤炭,但因煤炭資源豐富和交通設施逐步完善,除波羅的海地區(qū)外本國煤炭逐漸壟斷國內市場,與此同時煤炭工業(yè)生產集中程度逐漸加強,大公司逐步壟斷煤炭工業(yè)。俄國工業(yè)和運輸業(yè)發(fā)展都與煤炭工業(yè)密不可分,該部門不但為南俄冶金業(yè)繁榮奠定基礎,還是南俄經濟迅速崛起的重要推力。20世紀初世界經濟危機和國內局勢所致俄國石油工業(yè)停滯不前,在能源結構中煤炭已占據主導地位。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the industrial revolution, the Russian coal industry thrived and grew, and its development speed and scale controlled the Russian industrialization process to some extent, although the Russian coal industry could not be compared with the petroleum industry at the end of 19th century. Russian coal does not have complete control over the domestic market except for the oil industry, but because of the introduction of foreign capital by the government, the tariff has been greatly increased and the transportation tax rate has been unified. The coal industry is still developing rapidly. Russia has imported coal from abroad for a long time, but because of its abundant coal resources and the gradual improvement of transportation facilities. In addition to the Baltic region, the domestic coal gradually monopolized the domestic market, at the same time, the concentration of coal production gradually strengthened. Large companies gradually monopolized the coal industry. The development of Russian industry and transportation industry were closely related to the coal industry, which not only laid the foundation for the prosperity of the South Russian metallurgy industry. The world economic crisis and the domestic situation in the early 20th century caused the Russian oil industry to stagnate, and coal has occupied a dominant position in the energy structure.
