【摘要】：法國(guó)大革命被公認(rèn)是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的開(kāi)端。革命進(jìn)程中,審判和處死國(guó)王路易十六被看作是摧毀封建君主專制原則的象征性行為,其正義性問(wèn)題很少受到質(zhì)疑。而東歐新馬克思主義理論家費(fèi)赫爾卻在現(xiàn)代性反思的視域下重新審視這一典型事件,指出在法律上、道德和政治三方面不可解決的困境使其不具備任何正義基礎(chǔ),因而破壞了大革命的正義性。事件遺留下來(lái)的隱患也在現(xiàn)代性的發(fā)展中不斷滋生和變異,引發(fā)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的各種病癥。
[Abstract]:The French Revolution was recognized as the beginning of the modern society. In the course of the revolution, the trial and execution of King Louis Jula was regarded as a symbolic act of destroying the principle of autocratic monarchy of the feudal monarchy, and the question of its justice was rarely questioned. However, Feher, a neo Marx theorist in Eastern Europe, reexamines this typical event from the perspective of modernity reflection. It points out that the three difficulties that cannot be solved in law, morality and politics do not have any foundation of justice, thereby undermining the justice of the great revolution. The hidden dangers left by the events are also growing and mutate in the development of modernity, causing various diseases of modern society.
