【摘要】：黨的十八大的勝利召開明確了社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系命題提出的必要性和踐行的可行性，用以增強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)的凝聚力、向心力，開創(chuàng)社會(huì)主義新時(shí)期的新風(fēng)尚。黨和人民對社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的建設(shè)和踐行取得一定成效，，但如何確保全社會(huì)長期共同踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系是一個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程需要長時(shí)間的努力，也是本文寫作目的。 SWOT分析法是管理學(xué)中科學(xué)的定性分析法，本文在閱讀現(xiàn)有相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法，對社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系優(yōu)勢（S）、劣勢（W）、機(jī)遇（O）、威脅（T）的全面分析，通過兩兩組合，形成了踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的SO、ST、WO、WT四大發(fā)展對策。 為大力踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系提供路徑與方法的四大發(fā)展對策是：SO戰(zhàn)略即實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值認(rèn)同最大化：在全社會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)廣泛價(jià)值認(rèn)同，做到認(rèn)同內(nèi)容、認(rèn)同主體最大化，方式多層化，渠道多樣化，范疇國際化；ST戰(zhàn)略即用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)社會(huì)思潮：引領(lǐng)包括內(nèi)部引領(lǐng)力、外部引領(lǐng)力、引領(lǐng)層次性、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)性；WO戰(zhàn)略即社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系融入國民教育和精神文明建設(shè)全過程：價(jià)值觀融入教育要突出教育內(nèi)容的全面性、教育的深入性、實(shí)現(xiàn)“文化強(qiáng)國”“科教興國”“人才強(qiáng)國”三大戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合；WT戰(zhàn)略即政府實(shí)施文化惠民政策：通過文化惠民政策豐富人民精神文化生活、開展精神文明創(chuàng)建活動(dòng)、加強(qiáng)各類形式文化建設(shè)提升文化軟實(shí)力與競爭力、推廣特色地方精神建設(shè)使社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)既形成合力又各具特色。
[Abstract]:The victory of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China made clear the necessity and feasibility of the proposition of socialist core value system, in order to strengthen the cohesion of socialist ideology and centripetal force. The Party and the people have achieved certain results in the construction and practice of the socialist core value system. However, how to ensure that the whole society practices the socialist core value system for a long time is a complicated system engineering that takes a long time of effort and is also the purpose of this paper. SWOT analysis is a scientific qualitative analysis method in management. On the basis of reading the existing research results, this paper applies SWOT analysis method to the advantage of the socialist core value system. Through the comprehensive analysis of the inferior position, the opportunity and the threat, through the combination of two and two, the four development countermeasures of SOT / WO / WT for practicing the socialist core value system have been formed. The four development countermeasures to provide the path and method for the vigorous practice of socialist core value system are: realizing the maximization of value identity through the strategy of ": so": realizing extensive value identity in the whole society and achieving the content of identity. The identification subject is maximized, the way is multilayered, the channel is diversified, the category is internationalized; St strategy is to use the socialist core value system to lead the social trend of thought: leading includes internal leading force, external leading force, leading level, keeping pace with the times; WO strategy is the integration of socialist core value system into the whole process of national education and spiritual civilization construction: the integration of values into education should emphasize the comprehensiveness of education content and the depth of education. To realize the combination of the three strategies of "cultural power", "rejuvenating the country through science and education" and "strengthening the country by talents"; WT strategy is that the government implements the policy of cultural benefit: enrich the people's spiritual and cultural life through the policy of cultural benefits, carry out the activities of creating spiritual civilization, strengthen the construction of various forms of culture and enhance the cultural soft power and competitiveness. Popularizing characteristic local spirit construction makes the construction of socialist core value system form the resultant force and have its own characteristics.
