【摘要】：家庭生活質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為一個重要的國際性議題。由于智力與發(fā)展性障礙兒童的父母終其一生都要對子女承擔(dān)著廣泛的責(zé)任,這種情況迫切需要社會介入。由于父母和主要照護(hù)者更加了解殘疾兒童的需求,他們要求參與到政策決策過程中,不僅包括家庭和地區(qū)事務(wù)的決策,也包括教育、就業(yè)或相關(guān)工作以及健康干預(yù)等事項(xiàng)的決策。本文使用多國研究成果,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注重大主題、社會關(guān)切和對行動的要求,以推動殘疾兒童及其家庭成員過上更有質(zhì)量的正常生活。在提高生活質(zhì)量方面,各個國家所關(guān)注的問題具有一定的共性,不過,涉及殘疾兒童和家庭的需求時卻呈現(xiàn)出顯著的差異,這要求對服務(wù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析,研究如何設(shè)計(jì)出與家庭需求相適應(yīng)的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。本文涵蓋了一系列的研究,對重要的發(fā)展變化進(jìn)行評估,明確了存在的關(guān)鍵問題,對于試圖滿足家庭和殘疾兒童需求而進(jìn)行的各種嘗試也進(jìn)行了評估和探討。盡管家庭和兒童的各種需求交織在一起,但應(yīng)能在提供個性化服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上加以解決。在開展研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了切實(shí)可行的建議。對于發(fā)展家庭支持計(jì)劃,需要政策的改變和找到新的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The quality of family life has become an important international issue. Because the parents of children with mental and developmental disabilities have a wide range of responsibilities to their children all their lives, this situation urgently needs social intervention. As parents and key caregivers are more aware of the needs of children with disabilities, they require participation in policy decisions, including not only family and regional decisions, but also education, employment or related work and health interventions. This paper uses the results of multinational research to focus on major themes, social concerns and demands for action to promote a better quality of normal life for children with disabilities and their family members. In improving the quality of life, the issues concerned by each country have certain commonalities, but there are significant differences in the needs of children with disabilities and families, which requires a detailed analysis of the service items and the study of how to design services that meet the needs of the family. This paper covers a series of studies, evaluates important developments, identifies key problems, and evaluates and discusses various attempts to meet the needs of families and children with disabilities. Although the needs of families and children are intertwined, they should be able to be addressed on the basis of personalized services. On the basis of carrying out the research, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions. For the development of family support programs, policy changes and new research directions are needed.
