小組工作在流動(dòng)兒童人際交往認(rèn)知中的實(shí)務(wù)研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)經(jīng)歷了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大發(fā)展,隨之也迎來(lái)了我們國(guó)家城鎮(zhèn)化的浪潮。伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的浪潮,大量的勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移到了城市。同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)新的群體——流動(dòng)兒童。這個(gè)時(shí)候的流動(dòng)兒童基本上處于早期的社會(huì)化階段,而這個(gè)過(guò)程對(duì)一個(gè)人的未來(lái)有很大的影響。本文的研究視角是從提高流動(dòng)兒童人際交往認(rèn)知的目的出發(fā),用青少年社會(huì)工作的視野,從流動(dòng)兒童人際交往認(rèn)知的三個(gè)方面:情緒控制能力、人際交往能力、采取行動(dòng)能力來(lái)探討正面成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃的理念與方法,從而檢驗(yàn)正面成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃在流動(dòng)兒童人際關(guān)系發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的可行性與效用。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn):正面成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃在流動(dòng)兒童人際交往認(rèn)知方面具有顯著的作用,參與群體在情緒控制與表達(dá)、人際關(guān)系、采取行動(dòng)能力等方面的能力明顯提高。促進(jìn)了參與群體對(duì)自我情緒的控制和對(duì)同輩群體情感的認(rèn)知;在人際交往方面表現(xiàn)出社會(huì)接受和認(rèn)可的行為。本文由五個(gè)部分組成:第一章介紹正面成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃的緣起及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的回顧;第二章重點(diǎn)介紹正面成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃所涉及到的核心概念;第三章側(cè)重正面成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃的行動(dòng)過(guò)程;第四章流動(dòng)兒童個(gè)人層面的發(fā)展評(píng)估;第五章對(duì)正面成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃做一個(gè)總結(jié)和討論。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has experienced the great development of market economy, and then ushered in the wave of urbanization in our country. With the wave of urbanization, a large number of labor force has been transferred to the city. At the same time, there has also been a new group-floating children. Migrant children at this time are basically in the early stage of socialization, and this process has a great impact on a person's future. From the point of view of improving the cognition of interpersonal communication of migrant children, this paper discusses the concept and method of positive growth plan from three aspects of interpersonal communication cognition of floating children from the perspective of youth social work: emotional control ability, interpersonal communication ability and taking action ability, so as to test the feasibility and utility of positive growth plan in the field of interpersonal relationship development of migrant children. In this paper, it is found that positive growth planning plays a significant role in interpersonal cognition of migrant children, and the ability of participating groups in emotional control and expression, interpersonal relationship, and the ability to take action is obviously improved. It promotes the control of self-emotion and the cognition of the emotion of the same generation, and shows the behavior of social acceptance and recognition in interpersonal communication. This paper consists of five parts: the first chapter introduces the origin of positive growth plan and the review of related literature; the second chapter focuses on the core concepts involved in positive growth plan; the third chapter focuses on the action process of positive growth plan; the fourth chapter focuses on the development evaluation of floating children at the individual level; the fifth chapter makes a summary and discussion of positive growth plan.
