【摘要】：文章利用中國健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),已婚者比離婚、喪偶和未婚者的抑郁水平更低;從未結(jié)婚者抑郁程度最高,離婚者抑郁程度次之,再次是喪偶者的抑郁程度;并且婚姻對男性精神健康保護(hù)效應(yīng)大于女性。分居會(huì)降低個(gè)體精神健康水平,這種作用對農(nóng)村男性更加顯著,說明婚姻對精神健康的保護(hù)效應(yīng)受到婚姻質(zhì)量的影響�；橐銎ヅ浞绞綍�(huì)顯著影響女性精神健康:女性與受教育程度相當(dāng)或者低于自己的男性結(jié)婚,其抑郁水平會(huì)增加,在農(nóng)村地區(qū)尤為明顯。高質(zhì)量的婚姻對個(gè)體精神健康具有保護(hù)效應(yīng),家庭和婚姻能有效改善個(gè)體精神健康。
[Abstract]:An empirical study using Chinese health and old-age tracking data shows that married people have lower levels of depression than those who are divorced, widowed or unmarried. The degree of depression was the highest among those who had never married, followed by those who were divorced, and then the degree of depression of widows, and the effect of marriage on the mental health protection of men was greater than that of women. Separation can reduce the level of individual mental health, which is more significant for rural men, indicating that the protective effect of marriage on mental health is affected by the quality of marriage. Marriage matching has a significant impact on women's mental health: women who marry men who are equally educated or lower than themselves increase their levels of depression especially in rural areas. High quality marriage has protective effect on individual mental health. Family and marriage can effectively improve individual mental health.
