【摘要】：不斷進(jìn)步的社會,經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展同時(shí)也衍生出一些問題,醫(yī)院作為整個社會的一小段影子,也面臨著一些問題。這就需要醫(yī)院從提高自身醫(yī)學(xué)水平、增加功能建設(shè)和加強(qiáng)人文關(guān)懷等多方面努力,其中醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作制度的建立和完善更應(yīng)該加以重視起來。目前,我國發(fā)展醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作和培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作者還存在著一些困難,而面對這些難題,則需要總結(jié)以往先進(jìn)的醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作思想和實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)來豐富我們的學(xué)科歷史。宋思明在北平協(xié)和醫(yī)院就職,他自己有很多管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),從事了很多社會工作方面的服務(wù)。本文主要總結(jié)了宋思明的醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作思想,是為了讓人們增加專業(yè)認(rèn)同感,從而更規(guī)范的在醫(yī)院中開展醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作,提高醫(yī)療治病的效率,為患者提供許多的服務(wù),滿足病人多元化需求,推進(jìn)醫(yī)生和患者的關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院的競爭能力,解決一些社會問題。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究的方法和歷史分析的方法,檢索國內(nèi)民國時(shí)期有關(guān)醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作的歷史資料,尤其是有關(guān)宋思明在北平協(xié)和醫(yī)院社會服務(wù)部從事醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作實(shí)踐活動的時(shí)候留下的資料文獻(xiàn)。了解他的思想精髓如何將引入的西方醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作同中國的具體國情相結(jié)合進(jìn)行實(shí)務(wù)的過程。本文總共分為四部分:第一部分主要介紹研究的背景、目的、意義及現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)也解釋了使用的研究方法;第二部分主要介紹宋思明醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作思想的產(chǎn)生背景,包括宋思明醫(yī)務(wù)社工作思想產(chǎn)生的社會背景和學(xué)術(shù)背景兩部分;第三部分介紹了宋思明醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作的主要思想,包括對醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作重要性的強(qiáng)調(diào)、關(guān)于醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作職業(yè)體系建設(shè)思想和如何開展醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作實(shí)務(wù)的思想三大部分;第四部分是從歷史地位、當(dāng)代價(jià)值和局限性三個方面來對宋思明醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作思想進(jìn)行總體評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of economy, some problems arise. As a small shadow of the whole society, hospitals are also facing some problems. This requires hospitals to improve their own medical level, increase the construction of functions and strengthen humanistic care and other aspects of efforts, among which the establishment and improvement of medical social work system should be paid more attention to. At present, there are still some difficulties in the development of medical social work and the training of professional medical social workers in our country. In the face of these difficulties, it is necessary to sum up the thought and practical experience of medical social work in the past to enrich the history of our discipline. Song Siming works in Peking Union Hospital, he has a lot of management experience, engaged in a lot of social work services. This paper mainly summarizes Song Siming's thought of medical social work in order to make people more professional identity, so as to carry out medical social work in hospital more standardized, improve the efficiency of medical treatment, and provide many services for patients. Meet the diversified needs of patients, promote the coordinated development of the relationship between doctors and patients, strengthen the competitiveness of hospitals, solve some social problems. This article mainly uses the literature research method and the historical analysis method, retrieves the domestic Republic of China period related medical social work historical data, Especially, Song Siming left documents when he was engaged in the practice of medical social work in the social service department of Peking Union Hospital. To understand the essence of his thought how to combine the western medical social work with the specific situation of China to carry on the practical process. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the background, purpose, significance and current situation of the research, but also explains the use of research methods; The second part mainly introduces the background of Song Siming's thought of medical social work, including the social background and academic background of Song Siming's thought of medical work. The third part introduces the main thoughts of the medical social work of Song Siming, including the emphasis on the importance of the medical social work, the thought on the construction of the professional system of medical social work and the thought of how to carry out the practice of the medical social work; The fourth part makes an overall evaluation of Song Siming's thought of medical social work from three aspects: historical status, contemporary value and limitation.
