【摘要】：兒童參與權(quán)是指兒童享有參與家庭、文化和社會(huì)生活的權(quán)利。兒童對(duì)涉及他們的一切事項(xiàng)有權(quán)利自由發(fā)表個(gè)人意見(jiàn)。寧夏生態(tài)移民新村留守兒童參與權(quán)的實(shí)現(xiàn)存有一些不足,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)兒童參與權(quán)的立法,落實(shí)執(zhí)行具體法律法規(guī);完善學(xué)校參與權(quán)保障機(jī)制,營(yíng)造學(xué)生建言獻(xiàn)策的良好環(huán)境;加強(qiáng)社區(qū)宣傳教育普法,落實(shí)參與權(quán)保障理念深入人心;加強(qiáng)公共資源配置,保障留守兒童知情權(quán);營(yíng)造民主的家庭氛圍,尊重留守兒童自主表達(dá)意見(jiàn)的權(quán)利。
[Abstract]:The right of children to participate in family, cultural and social life is defined as the right of children to participate in family, cultural and social life. Children have the right to express their opinions freely on all matters affecting them. There are some deficiencies in the realization of the right of participation of left-behind children in the new village of ecological migration in Ningxia. We should strengthen the legislation of children's right to participate, implement the specific laws and regulations, perfect the guarantee mechanism of the right to participate in schools, and create a good environment for students to make suggestions and suggestions. Strengthening community propaganda and education, popularizing the law, implementing the idea of ensuring the right to participate is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people; strengthening the allocation of public resources to ensure the right of left-behind children to know; creating a democratic family atmosphere; respecting the right of left-behind children to express their opinions independently.
