【摘要】：【目的/意義】網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象愈演愈烈,研究反轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的特點(diǎn)和分類,對(duì)于深入分析反轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的發(fā)生,有效預(yù)防網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情反轉(zhuǎn)的危害有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義�！痉椒�/過程】通過分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象,識(shí)別網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情反轉(zhuǎn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,構(gòu)建反轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的分類和預(yù)測(cè)模型,利用SPSS21對(duì)反轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情案例樣本進(jìn)行聚類分析和判別分析�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】結(jié)果表明事件性質(zhì)、報(bào)道傾向、報(bào)道形式、首發(fā)平臺(tái),以及與網(wǎng)民相關(guān)度是影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情反轉(zhuǎn)的重要因素。將反轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分為四類,以此為基礎(chǔ)開展預(yù)測(cè),并為反轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的應(yīng)對(duì)提出策略支持。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the phenomenon of reversal of network public opinion is becoming more and more serious. The characteristics and classification of reverse network public opinion are studied, and the occurrence of reverse network public opinion is analyzed deeply. It is of great practical significance to prevent the harm of network public opinion reversal effectively. [method / process] by analyzing the phenomenon of network public opinion reversal, identifying the risk factors of network public opinion reversal, the classification and prediction model of reverse network public opinion is constructed. Cluster analysis and discriminant analysis of public opinion case samples of reverse network using SPSS21. [results / conclusions] the results show that the nature of events, reporting tendency, report form, starting platform, And the correlation with Internet users is an important factor affecting the reversal of network public opinion. The reverse network public opinion is divided into four categories, based on which the prediction is carried out, and the strategies are proposed to support the response of the reverse network public opinion.
