【摘要】：在黨和國(guó)家提出國(guó)家治理體系和能力現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo)以后,網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的系統(tǒng)治理關(guān)乎國(guó)家治理的目標(biāo)和民生福祉的實(shí)現(xiàn)。但在現(xiàn)有技術(shù)、社會(huì)背景條件下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬社會(huì)存在嚴(yán)重的信任危機(jī)問(wèn)題。根據(jù)正當(dāng)程序和社會(huì)系統(tǒng)理論的指導(dǎo),網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬信任危機(jī)的改善需要確立民眾利益、民眾生活的根本目的,并以個(gè)體素質(zhì)的改善、立法規(guī)制、監(jiān)管方式的系統(tǒng)形成改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬信任危機(jī)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:After the Party and the country put forward the goal of modernization of national governance system and ability, the systematic governance of cyberspace is related to the goal of national governance and the realization of the well-being of people's livelihood. However, under the existing technology and social background, there is a serious trust crisis in the virtual society. According to the guidance of due process and social system theory, the improvement of network virtual trust crisis needs to establish the basic purpose of people's interests and people's life, and to improve the quality of individual, legislate regulation. The system of supervision forms the system motive force to improve the network virtual trust crisis.
