中國建造超級對撞機爭議的社會學理論維度分析

【摘要】:自2012年以來,學術(shù)界對中國要不要建造超級對撞機的爭議不斷。相關(guān)爭論涉及到科學知識、科學共同體內(nèi)部及外部等諸多層次社會因素?茖W哲學中知識內(nèi)在社會學表明,爭論的實質(zhì)涉及科學本體屬性、科學認識方法、科學內(nèi)在價值等關(guān)于科學知識的內(nèi)在社會屬性?茖W共同體內(nèi)部社會學表明,爭論涉及科學規(guī)范、科學優(yōu)先權(quán)、同行評議等主題?茖W共同體外部社會學表明,爭論關(guān)涉科學社會功能價值考量、科技運行社會資源配置、科技公共政策抉擇等方面,同時關(guān)聯(lián)著前兩層面意蘊。這些科學爭論的社會因素層面構(gòu)成其社會學分析的理論維度。
[Abstract]:Since 2012, academic circles have been debating whether China should build the Super Collider. The related arguments involve many social factors, such as scientific knowledge, internal and external scientific community, etc. The intrinsic sociology of knowledge in philosophy of science shows that the essence of the controversy involves the intrinsic social attributes of scientific knowledge, such as the nature of scientific ontology, the method of scientific cognition, and the intrinsic value of science. Sociology within the scientific community indicates that the debate involves topics such as scientific norms, scientific priorities, peer review, and so on. The external sociology of the scientific community indicates that the controversy is related to the consideration of the function and value of science and society, the allocation of social resources in the operation of science and technology, the choice of public policy of science and technology, and so on, which are related to the first two levels of implication. The social factors of these scientific arguments constitute the theoretical dimension of their sociological analysis.
