【摘要】：當(dāng)前全球范圍內(nèi)的江河流域資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與協(xié)作,不僅是區(qū)域權(quán)力博弈的政治議題,也是一種在更大背景下與江河文明的悠久歷史、區(qū)域生態(tài)的人地關(guān)系,同時(shí)還與特定共同體關(guān)于水的地方性知識(shí)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐有著密切關(guān)聯(lián)。對(duì)國(guó)外相關(guān)研究個(gè)案進(jìn)行人類學(xué)視域梳理,可勾勒出由"江河"到"流域"的理論范式轉(zhuǎn)換,以及"水資源""水政治"與"水知識(shí)"的三大研究面向;厘清"人類中心主義"與"去人類中心主義"的立場(chǎng)分野,亦有助于反思人類涉水行為背后的文化語(yǔ)境、社會(huì)情感與歷史動(dòng)因,以應(yīng)對(duì)流域資源沖突的全球性挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:The current global competition and cooperation of river resources is not only a political issue of regional power game, but also a long history of river civilization and regional ecological human-land relationship in a larger context. It is also closely related to local knowledge and social practice of water in specific communities. The anthropological field of view of foreign related research cases can outline the theoretical paradigm shift from "river" to "river basin", as well as "water resources", "water politics" and "water knowledge". To clarify the distinction between "anthropocentrism" and "de-anthropocentrism" is also helpful to reflect on the cultural context, social emotion and historical motivation behind the human wading behavior in order to meet the global challenge of the conflict of resources in river basins.
