【摘要】：為了滿足城市空巢老人日益擴(kuò)大化和多樣化的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求,克服政府與市場作為供給主體可能存在同時“失靈”的現(xiàn)象,在城市空巢老人養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給中引入多種心理治理模式,實現(xiàn)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)社會化,即能夠在政府引導(dǎo)下,讓非政府的其他主體參與養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的供給,實現(xiàn)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)制的中心治理是一條尤為切實可行的路徑。 本文主要是以延邊朝鮮族自治州的空巢老人問題為主要接入點,通過問卷調(diào)查和個案訪談方式,了解老人的心理、分析老人的生活狀況及精神困擾、調(diào)查大學(xué)生對空巢老人的關(guān)愛度,為解決空巢老人的生活問題提出建議,向社區(qū)工作人員反映老人的困難,呼吁大學(xué)生關(guān)愛老人,多開展走進(jìn)空巢老人的家庭志愿服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the increasing demand of urban empty-nesters and diversified old-age care services, the phenomenon that the government and the market may be "out of order" at the same time as the main body of supply can be overcome. In order to realize the socialization of old-age service, it is possible to let other non-government entities participate in the provision of old-age service under the guidance of the government, by introducing a variety of psychological governance models into the supply of urban empty-nest old-age care services. To realize the central governance of pension service mechanism is a particularly feasible path. This article mainly takes the empty nest elderly problem in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the main access point, through the questionnaire survey and the case interview way, understands the old person's psychology, analyzes the old person's living condition and the mental distress. In order to solve the life problems of empty-nesters, the authors investigated the degree of caring for empty-nest old people, put forward some suggestions, reflected their difficulties to community workers, called on college students to care for the elderly, and offered more family voluntary service to the empty-nesting elderly.
