【摘要】：基于輿情研究,當(dāng)前人工智能發(fā)展中顯現(xiàn)出互為鏡像、互為嵌入和互為信息的人機關(guān)系趨勢。這將可能引發(fā)對生物與器物、時間與空間、真實與虛擬、技術(shù)理性與價值理性、開放分享與芯片沉默的認(rèn)知變化,同時,也會帶來樂觀與悲觀、觀望與搖擺等各類社會心態(tài),催生出離線的高度在線化、人機互動結(jié)構(gòu)的組織化、勤于創(chuàng)造與思想惰怠兩極分化、人工智能亞文化博興和新的信息溝等社會現(xiàn)象。亟需通過樹立新發(fā)展理念、智慧服務(wù)、制度保障、科普宣傳教育、政策安排等加以有效回應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of public opinion, the current development of artificial intelligence shows the trend of human-computer relationship which is mirrored, embedded and information. This will probably lead to cognitive changes in biology and objects, time and space, reality and virtual, technical rationality and value rationality, open sharing and chip silence, and at the same time, will bring about a variety of social attitudes, such as optimism and pessimism, wait-and-see and swing, etc. Such social phenomena as the highly online offline structure, the organization of human-computer interaction structure, the polarization of creativity and indolence, the sub-culture of artificial intelligence and the new information gap are spawned. It is urgent to set up new development concept, intelligent service, system guarantee, popular science propaganda and education, policy arrangement and so on.
