利益沖突視域下單位成員心理失衡的表現(xiàn)及化解之策

【摘要】:正一個單位的健康良性發(fā)展離不開單位成員的共同努力和團結(jié)協(xié)作,如果單位成員不能以積極、平和的心態(tài)投入到各自工作中去,單位的高效運轉(zhuǎn)就無從談起。在改革創(chuàng)新中,單位的原有利益格局勢必面臨調(diào)整,形成利益沖突,極易造成單位成員心理失衡。心理失衡現(xiàn)象一旦出現(xiàn),如果不能及時加以調(diào)適、化解,使之趨向平衡、達成和諧,就會使單位成員在思維、意志、性格、情緒等方面受到影響,最終導致單位士氣低落、人際關系冷漠、工作效能低下等負面狀況發(fā)生。因此,在利益沖突背景下探究單位成員的心理失衡表現(xiàn),并尋求調(diào)適、化
[Abstract]:The healthy and benign development of a unit can not be separated from the joint efforts and unity and cooperation of the members of the unit. If the members of the unit can not be put into their respective work with a positive and peaceful attitude, the efficient operation of the unit will not be possible. In the process of reform and innovation, the original interest pattern of the unit is bound to be adjusted, resulting in conflicts of interest, which can easily cause psychological imbalance among the members of the unit. Once the phenomenon of psychological imbalance appears, if it cannot be adjusted, resolved, balanced and harmonious in time, it will affect the members of the unit in the aspects of thinking, will, character, emotion and so on, and eventually lead to low morale of the unit. Interpersonal apathy, low work efficiency and other negative conditions occur. Therefore, under the background of conflict of interest, this paper probes into the psychological imbalance of the members of the unit, and seeks to adjust and transform it.
