青少年社會化問題的解讀機制研究——基于青少年自我認同與社會定義二維度分析

【摘要】:在青少年與社會的互動過程中,我們假設(shè)必然會出現(xiàn)兩種定義結(jié)果:相;蛳喾,即青少年自我認同與社會定義二者之間的差異性與一致性——差異性主要體現(xiàn)在成長過程中產(chǎn)生的自我認同危機以及社會轉(zhuǎn)型過程中凸顯的定義偏頗;一致性主要表現(xiàn)在青少年的自我認同與社會定義相一致,會出現(xiàn)二者都較高、較低以及都恰當?shù)娜N情況,而自我認同與社會定義公約失范導(dǎo)致二者不恰當?shù)匾恢滦砸矔斐梢欢ǖ纳鐣瘑栴};诖,應(yīng)協(xié)助青少年構(gòu)建積極的自我認同,科學引導(dǎo)社會定義,同時加大規(guī)制力度,減少社會誤判,消減歧視與污名現(xiàn)象,增加青少年的社會責任感和社會適應(yīng)能力,使其在自我認同與社會定義都正確的情況下促成二者的一致性,最終促進青少年發(fā)展與社會進步。
[Abstract]:In the course of the interaction between youth and society, we assume that there are bound to be two definitions: contradictory or consistent. That is, the difference and consistency between youth self-identity and social definition-the difference is mainly reflected in the crisis of self-identity in the process of growth and the biased definition in the process of social transformation. Consistency is mainly manifested in the identity of adolescents with the definition of society, and there are three situations in which both of them are high, low and appropriate. The improper consistency between self-identity and social definition convention will also cause some socialization problems. Based on this, we should help young people to build positive self-identity, scientifically guide social definition, strengthen regulation, reduce social misjudgment, reduce discrimination and stigma, and increase their social responsibility and social adaptability. In the case of correct self-identification and social definition, it promotes the consistency of the two, and finally promotes the development of adolescents and social progress.
