【摘要】：由于受人口基數(shù)龐大和計(jì)劃生育政策等歷史因素的影響,我國(guó)人口老齡化問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重。第六次人口普查數(shù)據(jù)顯示我國(guó)60歲及以上人口為177648705人,占13.26%。同2000年第五次全國(guó)人口普查相比60歲及其以上人口比重上升2.93%。人口老齡化直接影響到我國(guó)政治的穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,是我國(guó)政府和社會(huì)面臨的一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻課題。隨著“空巢”、“純老”家庭的增多,傳統(tǒng)由子女為老年人提供生活照料的養(yǎng)老方式正在逐步弱化,而機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老在我國(guó)發(fā)展緩慢,難以滿(mǎn)足城市老年人的養(yǎng)老需求,借鑒西方國(guó)家養(yǎng)老經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,我國(guó)推行了一種新的養(yǎng)老模式—社區(qū)養(yǎng)老。 本文從老年人的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),調(diào)查分析湖濱社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)對(duì)象的服務(wù)需求,并從老年人自身、家庭、社區(qū)三個(gè)層次尋找相關(guān)因素以發(fā)現(xiàn)影響社區(qū)老年人養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的因素。結(jié)合需求調(diào)查和影響因素的相關(guān)結(jié)論,并結(jié)合社區(qū)養(yǎng)老自身服務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題,嘗試提出滿(mǎn)足湖濱社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的對(duì)策建議。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分闡述了研究的背景、意義、目標(biāo)、方法等。第二部分對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹。第三部分從生活中的主要困難、目前的主要照料者和生活照料服務(wù)需求情況等方面對(duì)社區(qū)老年人的生活照料需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查；從健康狀況、對(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的選擇、對(duì)社區(qū)醫(yī)院收費(fèi)的看法、以及對(duì)醫(yī)療健康服務(wù)需求情況等方面對(duì)社區(qū)老年人的醫(yī)療需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查；從最近的心理狀況、最擔(dān)心的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題、養(yǎng)老地點(diǎn)的選擇、以及精神慰藉服務(wù)需求情況等方面對(duì)社區(qū)老年人的精神慰藉需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查。第四部分用多元Logistic回歸分析嘗試從老年人自身、家庭、社區(qū)三個(gè)層次尋找相關(guān)因素以發(fā)現(xiàn)影響湖濱社區(qū)老年人養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的因素。第五部分結(jié)合需求調(diào)查和影響因素的相關(guān)結(jié)論,并結(jié)合社區(qū)養(yǎng)老自身服務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題,嘗試提出滿(mǎn)足湖濱社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Due to the large population base and family planning policy and other historical factors, the aging of population in China is becoming more and more serious. The data of the sixth census show that the population aged 60 and above is 177648705, accounting for 13.26. Compared with the fifth national census in 2000, the proportion of population aged 60 and above increased by 2.93. The aging of the population directly affects the political stability and economic development of our country, and is a serious problem facing our government and society. With the increase of "empty nests" and "pure old" families, the traditional way of providing life care for the elderly by their children is gradually weakening, while the institutional old-age support is developing slowly in our country, and it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly in urban areas. Based on the experience of western countries, China has implemented a new mode of providing for the aged-community pension. Starting from the actual needs of the elderly, this paper investigates and analyzes the service demand of the elderly community pension service objects, and looks for relevant factors from three levels of the elderly themselves, families and communities to find out the factors that affect the demand for the elderly in the community. Combined with the demand investigation and the related conclusions of influencing factors, and combined with the problems of community pension service, this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to meet the demand of community pension service in lakeside. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part describes the background, significance, objectives, methods and so on. The second part introduces the relevant theories. The third part investigates the living care needs of the elderly in the community in terms of the main difficulties in life, the current situation of primary caregivers and the needs of life care services, and the choice of medical institutions in terms of the state of health, A survey of the medical needs of the elderly in the community from the perspectives of community hospital charges, as well as the demand for medical and health services; from the recent psychological situation, the most worried old-age problems, and the choice of the place where to provide for the aged, As well as psychological comfort service demand and other aspects of the community elderly psychological comfort needs were investigated. The fourth part uses multiple Logistic regression analysis to try to find the related factors from three levels of the elderly themselves, family and community to find out the factors that affect the demand of elderly aged care service in the lakeside community. The fifth part combined with the demand investigation and the related conclusions of influencing factors, and combined with the existing problems of community pension services, try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to meet the needs of community pension services in lakeside.
