【摘要】：當(dāng)今中國(guó)社會(huì)已然呈現(xiàn)出個(gè)體化趨勢(shì)。在城市化過(guò)程中,社會(huì)關(guān)系和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的變革,也重塑了個(gè)體的生活和人生生涯。本文通過(guò)個(gè)體化理論的視角,以上海市外賣騎手為調(diào)查對(duì)象,運(yùn)用參與觀察法和訪談法,探討作為個(gè)體的外賣騎手的個(gè)體化特征及其對(duì)個(gè)體融入城市產(chǎn)生的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,選擇外賣騎手是個(gè)體崛起的表現(xiàn),也是被動(dòng)個(gè)體化的體現(xiàn)。個(gè)體嵌入的新社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來(lái)的不確定性和高度的權(quán)力控制,使個(gè)體表現(xiàn)出無(wú)奈的狀態(tài)和行動(dòng)上的被動(dòng)處境。但與此同時(shí),個(gè)體又能利用系統(tǒng)提供的各種制度資源展現(xiàn)出重塑自我的可能性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, Chinese society has shown a trend of individualization. In the process of urbanization, the transformation of social relations and social structure has also reshaped the individual's life and life. From the perspective of individualization theory, this paper studies the individual characteristics of take-out riders as individuals and their impact on their integration into the city by means of the participatory observation and interview methods, taking the take-out riders in Shanghai as the objects of investigation. The results show that the choice of take-out riders is both a manifestation of individual rise and a reflection of passive individualization. The uncertainty and high degree of power control brought by the embedded new social structure make the individual show helpless state and passive situation in action. But at the same time, individuals can use the institutional resources provided by the system to show the possibility of reinventing themselves.
