【摘要】：隨著我國人口老齡化程度的不斷加深以及家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷,家庭成員的關(guān)系模式已經(jīng)發(fā)生了變化,家庭規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)出小型化的趨勢,這導(dǎo)致了越來越多的老年人成為了獨居老人。城市獨居老人在身體健康、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、日常生活照料、精神文化生活、社會交往、社會支持等方面存在許多的需求,尤其是在社會交往和社會支持方面。隨著獨居老人年齡的增長,他們社會交往圈不斷縮小,自助互助能力也在不斷下降,由此為獨居老人帶來了許多問題。因此,不斷擴(kuò)寬城市獨居老人的社會交往圈,提升他們自助互助的能力,不再僅僅是個人、家庭解決的問題,更是社會工作者需要考慮的問題。本文以興華苑社區(qū)獨居老人作為研究對象,通過入戶調(diào)研和問卷調(diào)查等方式對社區(qū)中獨居老人的生活現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,同時分析了利用小組工作的方法對構(gòu)建獨居老人互助交往圈的必要性和可行性。在小組工作介入的過程中,社會工作者運用社會工作專業(yè)視角,以助人自助為宗旨,并結(jié)合社區(qū)中獨居老人實際的需求,提出了小組工作介入城市獨居老人的具體方法。社會工作者通過建立互助小組的方式,強化了獨居老人間自助互助的意識,提升了獨居老人的社會再適應(yīng)能力和自信心,為社區(qū)獨居老人群體互助交往圈的建立奠定基礎(chǔ)。社會工作者通過對每次小組活動過程進(jìn)行記錄、評估與反思,以及最后對小組工作介入的效果進(jìn)行評估,得出了一套構(gòu)建城市獨居老人互助交往圈行之有效的方案,為城市獨居老人服務(wù)提供了借鑒經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the aging of the population and the changes of the family structure, the relationship model of family members has changed, and the family size has shown a trend of miniaturization, which leads to more and more elderly people living alone. There are many demands on the health, economic income, daily life care, spiritual and cultural life, social communication, social support and so on, especially in social communication and social support. With the increase of the age of the elderly living alone, their social communication circle is shrinking, and the ability of self-help and mutual aid is also declining, which brings many problems for the elderly living alone. Therefore, expanding the social communication circle of the old people living alone in cities and improving their ability of self-help and mutual assistance are not only the problems solved by individuals and families, but also the problems that social workers need to consider. Taking the elderly living alone in Xinghua Yuan community as the research object, this paper investigates the living conditions of the elderly living alone in the community by means of household investigation and questionnaire survey. At the same time, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of using the group work method to construct the mutual aid communication circle of the old people living alone. In the process of group work intervention, social workers use the professional perspective of social work, aiming at helping others to help themselves, and combining with the actual needs of the elderly living alone in the community, put forward the concrete method of group work to intervene in the city alone elderly. By setting up mutual help groups, social workers strengthen the consciousness of self-help and mutual help among the elderly living alone, enhance the ability of social readjustment and self-confidence of the old people living alone, and lay the foundation for the establishment of mutual aid communication circle among the group of elderly people living alone in the community. Through recording, evaluating and introspecting the process of each group activity, and finally evaluating the effect of group work intervention, the social workers obtained a set of effective programs to construct a mutual aid communication circle for the elderly living alone in the city. It provides reference experience for the service of the elderly living alone in the city.
