性別的藩籬:男做女職者職業(yè)處境、性別氣質(zhì)建構(gòu)分析

【摘要】:本研究通過對(duì)20位從事傳統(tǒng)女性工作類別的男性工作者的訪談,探討他們?cè)诳缭絺鹘y(tǒng)性別工作概念之后所產(chǎn)生的自我認(rèn)同、個(gè)體適應(yīng)與應(yīng)對(duì)策略。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在傳統(tǒng)文化的社會(huì)化影響下,當(dāng)今中國(guó)社會(huì)的勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)依舊存在著較強(qiáng)的性別認(rèn)同與性別期待。西方學(xué)者所言的"玻璃手扶梯"現(xiàn)象并未明顯出現(xiàn)在受訪的男做女職者身上;系統(tǒng)化的性別概念對(duì)初入傳統(tǒng)女性勞動(dòng)職場(chǎng)的男做女職者具有一定的影響作用,且對(duì)部分勞動(dòng)者的升遷具有抑制作用。不同職業(yè)的勞動(dòng)者往往采取不同的應(yīng)對(duì)策略和反應(yīng)方式來轉(zhuǎn)換個(gè)人在職場(chǎng)中的壓力,并借以重構(gòu)其在職場(chǎng)中的社會(huì)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In this study, 20 male workers engaged in traditional female work categories were interviewed to explore their self-identity, individual adaptation and coping strategies after crossing the traditional concept of gender work. Under the influence of the socialization of traditional culture, the labor market in China still has strong gender identity and expectation. The phenomenon of "glass escalator" mentioned by western scholars did not appear obviously in the men and women who were interviewed, and the systematic concept of gender had a certain influence on the male and female workers who first entered the traditional female labor force. And part of the workers of the promotion has inhibitory effect. Workers in different occupations often adopt different coping strategies and responses to change individual pressure in the workplace and to reconstruct their social relations in the workplace.
