【摘要】：農(nóng)村空巢老人是老年人群體中的特殊群體,有著比城市空巢老人和農(nóng)村老年人更為特殊的困境。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)村空巢老人的問(wèn)題是綜合的、系統(tǒng)的,在家庭養(yǎng)老逐漸削弱的背景下,如何進(jìn)一步激發(fā)社區(qū)的居家養(yǎng)老功能,是應(yīng)對(duì)和緩解空巢老人養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵所在。從社會(huì)工作視角出發(fā),構(gòu)建"一二三四"農(nóng)村空巢老人專業(yè)服務(wù)模式,通過(guò)一個(gè)中心、兩個(gè)專業(yè)、三方合作、四社聯(lián)動(dòng),可以為解決農(nóng)村空巢老人面臨的生活照料問(wèn)題、精神慰藉問(wèn)題、護(hù)理和康復(fù)問(wèn)題提供有力支持。
[Abstract]:Rural empty-nest elderly is a special group of elderly people, which has more special difficulties than urban empty-nest elderly and rural elderly. It is found that the problem of empty nest elderly in rural areas is comprehensive and systematic. Under the background of gradual weakening of the family pension, how to further stimulate the function of the elderly at home in the community is the key to deal with and alleviate the pension problem of the empty nest elderly. From the perspective of social work, the construction of the "1234" rural empty nest elderly professional service model, through one center, two majors, tripartite cooperation, the four social cooperation, can solve the rural empty nest elderly life care problems. Mental comfort issues, nursing and rehabilitation issues provide strong support.
