【摘要】：社會(huì)組織，泛指在一個(gè)社會(huì)里由各個(gè)不同的社會(huì)階層的公民自發(fā)成立的、在一定程度上具有非營(yíng)利性、非政府性和社會(huì)性特征的各種組織形式及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài)。在我國(guó)，改革開放以來，社會(huì)組織發(fā)展迅速，在社會(huì)的影響越來越大，大大拓展了社會(huì)的包容力與多元化格局，加快了我國(guó)社會(huì)主義社會(huì)走向公民社會(huì)的歷史進(jìn)程。 本文以天津市社會(huì)科學(xué)界聯(lián)合會(huì)為例，綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究方法、比較研究方法和問卷法，借鑒已有的學(xué)術(shù)研究成果，對(duì)天津市社聯(lián)進(jìn)行了全面的分析比較，同時(shí)對(duì)天津市民素質(zhì)進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。得出了天津市社聯(lián)作為黨聯(lián)系專家學(xué)者的橋梁和紐帶，是一個(gè)具有豐富政治資源的社會(huì)科學(xué)類學(xué)術(shù)性社會(huì)組織。 天津市社聯(lián)作為黨和政府聯(lián)系廣大專家學(xué)者的社會(huì)組織，以社會(huì)科學(xué)以社會(huì)的全面發(fā)展與人的全面發(fā)展為關(guān)注點(diǎn)，以組織學(xué)會(huì)、研究會(huì)研究經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)建設(shè)中重大理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題為研究對(duì)象，，推進(jìn)社會(huì)科學(xué)大繁榮大發(fā)展。 本文通過對(duì)天津市社聯(lián)作為社會(huì)組織發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析，運(yùn)用SWOT方法，分析了天津市社聯(lián)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇。筆者認(rèn)為，建立完整系統(tǒng)的管理體系，包括建立學(xué)會(huì)工作管理體系；建立科研工作管理體系；建立信息工作管理體系；從立法角度明晰社會(huì)科學(xué)界聯(lián)合會(huì)的職能作用，將社科聯(lián)明確寫入天津科普立法。創(chuàng)建更多品牌活動(dòng)，加強(qiáng)宣傳普及力度。
[Abstract]:Social organization refers to the various forms of organization and its network which are formed spontaneously in a society by the citizens of different social strata and to a certain extent have the characteristics of non-profit non-governmental and social. Since the reform and opening up in China, social organizations have developed rapidly and become more and more influential in society, which has greatly expanded the social tolerance and pluralistic pattern, and accelerated the historical process of our socialist society to civil society. Taking the Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences by comprehensive use of literature research methods, comparative research methods and questionnaire methods, and drawing on the existing academic research results. At the same time, the quality of Tianjin residents conducted a questionnaire survey. As a bridge and link between the Party and the experts, the Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences is an academic social organization of social sciences with rich political resources. The Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences, as a social organization in which the Party and the government associate with a broad range of experts and scholars, focuses on the all-round development of society and the all-round development of human beings in the social sciences, and studies economics, politics and culture by organizing societies and research institutes. Major theoretical and practical problems in social construction have been studied to promote the great prosperity and development of social sciences. Based on the analysis of the development of Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences as a social organization and the SWOT method, this paper analyzes the strategic choice of the development of Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences. The author believes that the establishment of a complete system of management system, including the establishment of the Institute of work management system, the establishment of scientific research work management system, the establishment of information work management system, from the legislative point of view to clarify the functions of the Federation of Social Science, The Federation of Social Sciences will be explicitly written into Tianjin popular science legislation. Create more brand activities and strengthen publicity and popularization.
