【摘要】：伴隨中國社會(huì)深刻變革,城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,我國家庭結(jié)構(gòu)和家庭文化也在不斷變化,諸如親子沖突、家庭暴力、婚姻危機(jī)等現(xiàn)代家庭危機(jī)頻頻出現(xiàn),家庭危機(jī)不僅危害個(gè)體健康成長,更不利于家庭社會(huì)和諧。越來越多的專家學(xué)者開始研究原生家庭對(duì)個(gè)體成長產(chǎn)生的影響,更多的人開始接受家庭治療。薩提亞家庭治療模式是一種人本理念治療方法,認(rèn)為每個(gè)人都有改變自己和成長的能力和資源。薩提亞在解決案主問題中逐漸發(fā)展出了一系列生動(dòng)有效的干預(yù)技術(shù),主要包括雕塑、家庭重塑技術(shù)。近年,部分心理咨詢師、治療師、專業(yè)社會(huì)工作者開始采用薩提亞家庭治療模式對(duì)案主提供服務(wù),但是目前運(yùn)用薩提亞家庭治療模式進(jìn)行的個(gè)案研究還是比較少見。本研究采用定性研究的方法,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法以及觀察法搜集研究資料,開展個(gè)案研究,運(yùn)用薩提亞家庭治療模式對(duì)一個(gè)存在親子沖突問題的家庭進(jìn)行干預(yù)治療,依據(jù)薩提亞人性認(rèn)同過程模型跟蹤整個(gè)過程,在建立關(guān)系階段——家庭診斷,探索家庭規(guī)則和問題;在混亂階段——家庭重塑,幫助家庭成員認(rèn)識(shí)到問題并做出改變;在整合階段——幫助家庭練習(xí)新的表里一致的溝通模式。最后通過跟蹤反饋,得出研究結(jié)論。通過薩提亞家庭治療模式與其他介入模式進(jìn)行比較,對(duì)研究中的存在的問題和不足進(jìn)行反思,提出建議,并對(duì)薩提亞模式在中國的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行展望。本研究得出以下結(jié)論:薩提亞家庭治療模式對(duì)改善親子關(guān)系是有效的,它使家庭成員間不良的溝通模式得到改變,親子沖突問題得到解決,親子關(guān)系得以改善;它使服務(wù)對(duì)象個(gè)體自我價(jià)值感得到提升,服務(wù)對(duì)象能以充滿活力的狀態(tài)應(yīng)對(duì)將來的生活;使家庭成員不良應(yīng)對(duì)模式得到改善并踐行表里一致的溝通模式,促進(jìn)整個(gè)家庭功能的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in Chinese society and the accelerating process of urbanization, the family structure and family culture in China are constantly changing, such as parent-child conflict, domestic violence, marital crisis and other modern family crises. Family crisis is not only harmful to the healthy growth of individuals, but also harmful to the harmony of family and society. More and more experts and scholars begin to study the influence of native family on individual growth, and more people begin to receive family therapy. The family therapy model of Satya is a kind of humanistic treatment, which holds that everyone has the ability and resources to change and grow up. Satya gradually developed a series of vivid and effective intervention techniques, including sculpture and family remodeling. In recent years, some psychological counsellors, therapists and professional social workers began to use the Satya family treatment model to provide services to the victims, but at present, the case studies using the Satya family treatment model are still relatively rare. In this study, qualitative research method, literature method, interview method and observation method were used to collect research data, to carry out case study, and to use Satya family treatment model to intervene and treat a family with parent-child conflict. Following the whole process according to the model of Satian's human identity process, exploring family rules and problems in the stage of establishing relationship-family diagnostics, helping family members to recognize problems and make changes in chaos stage-family remodeling; During the integration phase-help families practice consistent communication patterns in new forms. Finally, the conclusion of the research is obtained by tracking feedback. By comparing the family therapy model with other intervention models, this paper reflects on the existing problems and deficiencies in the study, puts forward some suggestions, and looks forward to the prospect of the development of the Satya model in China. The conclusions of this study are as follows: the family treatment model of Satya is effective in improving parent-child relationship, it can change the bad communication mode among family members, solve the problem of parent-child conflict, and improve the parent-child relationship; It promotes the individual sense of self-worth of the clients, enables them to deal with their future life in a dynamic state, improves the bad coping patterns of family members and practices the consistent communication mode. To promote the healthy development of the whole family function.
