性別角色視角下男性社工職業(yè)困惑研究
[Abstract]:From the gender point of view, through in-depth interviews with some first-line male social workers and the understanding of their working conditions in peacetime, this study wants to clarify two purposes of the study: first, to understand the working conditions of front-line male social workers. Pay attention to the professional confusion that male social workers face under the perspective of gender role, dig the reasons behind it in depth, and combine with the reality of the current development of the professionalization of social work in China, from the government, the society, the institutions, On the basis of these reasons and suggestions, the author calls on men in the social work profession to enter the field of social work occupation. And the men who are engaged in the social work profession will remain in their own posts, trying to change the phenomenon of the shortage of male social workers and the high wastage rate in the field of social work through their own efforts. In this study, literature and in-depth interviews were used to study the occupational confusion of male social workers in the Pearl River Delta, where social work in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan was relatively developed. Through in-depth interviews with first-line male social workers, we find that there are fewer men in the field of social work occupation. The professional confusion of male social workers is not only related to the status of social work career development, but also to government departments. Social work organizations and other macro or meso-level reasons, including peer groups, families, male social workers, such as the personal perspective of micro-perspective reasons. Through research, the author points out that low salary and imperfect promotion mechanism are the biggest bottleneck restricting the career development of first-line male social workers, and are also the biggest reason to urge male social workers to leave their jobs after two years. The author points out that in order to alleviate the occupational confusion of first-line male social workers, it is necessary for institutions and employers to pay more attention to male social workers. They should not only care about their work, but also care about their lives and physical and mental health. Grasp the development trends of male social workers from many angles. At the same time, the government, society, supervision, peer groups and male social workers are needed.
