【摘要】：正經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的同質(zhì)化競爭,是商品的生產(chǎn)者或銷售者在生產(chǎn)銷售過程中相互模仿并趨同的一種現(xiàn)象。我們既要看到同質(zhì)化競爭能夠刺激、喚起單位員工的上進心和主觀能動性的正面影響,更不可忽視其能夠引發(fā)消極情緒和心理問題等的負面影響。如不及時消解此負面影響,將貽誤單位事業(yè)發(fā)展并阻滯個人成長。時下,單位員工之間的同質(zhì)化競爭現(xiàn)象日益凸顯,其本質(zhì)是一種單位員工之間過度關(guān)注、比較、
[Abstract]:Homogeneous competition in the field of positive economy is a phenomenon that producers or sellers of commodities imitate and converge with each other in the process of production and sale. We should not only see that homogenous competition can stimulate, arouse the positive influence of initiative and initiative of the employees, but also can not ignore the negative influence which can cause negative emotion and psychological problems. If this negative impact is not eliminated in time, it will delay the development of the unit's career and hinder individual growth. Nowadays, the phenomenon of homogenization competition among unit employees is increasingly prominent, and its essence is a kind of excessive attention and comparison among unit employees.
