【摘要】：社會企業(yè)既具備商業(yè)的高效、專業(yè)和靈活,又以承擔社會責任、解決社會問題為目標,在公益籌資和解決問題的方式上具有傳統(tǒng)公益組織不能替代的優(yōu)勢,是創(chuàng)新社會治理、推動相關(guān)行業(yè)發(fā)展、促進供給側(cè)改革的新生動力。我國公益事業(yè)發(fā)展迫切需要從打通制度通道做起,創(chuàng)新運行機制和模式,促進社會企業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Social enterprises not only have commercial efficiency, professionalism and flexibility, but also take social responsibility and solve social problems as their goals. They have the advantages that traditional public welfare organizations can not replace in the way of raising funds for public welfare and solving problems, which is the innovation of social governance. Promote the development of related industries, promote the new power of supply-side reform. In order to promote the development of social enterprises, it is urgent for the development of public welfare in our country to open up the channels of the system, innovate the operating mechanism and mode, and promote the development of social enterprises.
