【摘要】：近年來(lái),農(nóng)民工子女受到了社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。相關(guān)的媒體報(bào)道和學(xué)術(shù)研究較多的關(guān)注于農(nóng)民工子女的教育問(wèn)題研究、社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究、社會(huì)融入問(wèn)題研究,而較少有對(duì)農(nóng)民工子女抗逆力的研究和探討。本文采用質(zhì)性的研究方法,以北京市5所打工子弟學(xué)校為背景,其中一所打工子弟學(xué)校為個(gè)案,12名學(xué)生為訪談對(duì)象,2位教師的訪談為資料補(bǔ)充。深入了解農(nóng)民工子女城市融入抗逆力的基本狀況,挖掘他們城市融入抗逆力的保護(hù)因子和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子,呈現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工子女抗逆力形成的現(xiàn)實(shí)途,總結(jié)農(nóng)民工子女抗逆力的形成策略,幫助農(nóng)民工子女在城市融入過(guò)程中更好的應(yīng)對(duì)生活中的困境,享受良好的城市生活。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民工子女城市融入抗逆力的形成過(guò)程是個(gè)體自身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子(尷尬的家庭關(guān)系、單調(diào)的日常生活、挫敗的校園生活)和保護(hù)因子(自我、家庭、學(xué)校)不斷較量的過(guò)程,并以身份感、歸屬感、效能感、樂(lè)觀感的形式表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)民工子女城市融入抗逆力形成過(guò)程中保護(hù)因子和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的分析,現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑的探討得出:農(nóng)民工子女抗逆力養(yǎng)成的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,是自我認(rèn)識(shí)重構(gòu)、資源整合運(yùn)用和行為修正與強(qiáng)化的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)適過(guò)程,是一個(gè)多方參與、自我認(rèn)知重構(gòu)、行為調(diào)適的螺旋式發(fā)展過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the children of migrant workers have received extensive attention from all walks of life. Related media reports and academic studies focus on the education of migrant workers' children, social support network research, social integration research, but there is less research and discussion on the resistance of migrant workers' children. This paper adopts qualitative research method, taking 5 schools of working children in Beijing as background, one of which is a case study in which 12 students are interviewed and 2 teachers are interviewed as data supplement. Deeply understand the basic situation of migrant workers' children's city integration resistance, excavate the protection factor and risk factor of their city's integration resistance, present the realistic path of the formation of migrant workers' children's resistance, sum up the forming strategy of migrant workers' children's resistance. Help the children of migrant workers to better cope with the plight of life and enjoy good urban life in the process of urban integration. The study found that the forming process of migrant workers' children's city integration resistance is the risk factors of individuals (awkward family relationship, monotonous daily life, frustrated campus life) and protection factors (self, family, family). School) the process of constant competition, and in the form of identity, belonging, efficacy, optimism. Based on the analysis of protection factors and risk factors in the forming process of migrant workers' children's resistance in cities, the author concludes that the dynamic process of forming the resistance of migrant workers' children is the reconstruction of self-knowledge. The dynamic adjustment process of resource integration and behavior modification and reinforcement is a spiral process of multi-participation, self-cognition reconstruction and behavioral adaptation.
