【摘要】：建立現(xiàn)代化服務型統(tǒng)計是世界統(tǒng)計發(fā)展的模式,也是我國政府統(tǒng)計的發(fā)展方向。許多西方發(fā)達國家已將統(tǒng)計活動與公共需求和公共服務緊密結(jié)合起來。我國實行現(xiàn)代化服務型統(tǒng)計是統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)落實現(xiàn)代國家治理體系的具體行動,也是充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計職能、體現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計工作本質(zhì)要求的必然選擇。本文對現(xiàn)代化服務型統(tǒng)計的內(nèi)涵進行了界定,梳理了當前我國政府統(tǒng)計機構(gòu)構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化服務型統(tǒng)計的探索,分析了我國統(tǒng)計工作面臨的新挑戰(zhàn),立足我國實際,提出建立現(xiàn)代化服務型統(tǒng)計的構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:The establishment of modern service-oriented statistics is the mode of world statistical development and the development direction of Chinese government statistics. Many western developed countries have combined statistical activities with public demand and public services. The implementation of modern service-oriented statistics in China is not only the concrete action of the statistical system to carry out the modern national governance system, but also the inevitable choice to give full play to the statistical function and to reflect the essential requirements of the statistical work. This paper defines the connotation of modern service-oriented statistics, combs the exploration of the construction of modern service-oriented statistics by government statistical agencies in China, analyzes the new challenges faced by our statistical work, and bases itself on the reality of our country. The conception of establishing modern service statistics is put forward.
